Bev's Bakery LLC was created with two main ingredients - Passion and Love. We are a 100% vegan bakery serving the MA and NH area. We currently bake out of a giant clean commercial licensed kitchen facility.
What's a vegan product you ask?! Vegan is 100% animal cruelty free product. Good for the environment and more importantly, good for your health. No we don't claim to be selling vitamins and minerals in our baked goods. But we do claim to be making healthier, lighter, all natural, preservatives-free, good for environment, delicious, delectable, made from scratch, fresh, soft, melt-in-the-mouth, made with love baked goods. Do you love your pets? Well, we do too and we don't stop at that.. we spread our love to all animals. Do you have to be a vegan to try our products?! Absolutely not! Infact, most of our head over heels fallen in love fans are not even vegetarians! (Fellow Vegans/ Vegetarians we don't love you any less). They're just people on the lookout for healthy products and equipped with good taste buds. All our products are vegan and since we don't use any preservatives, animal fats, hydrogenated products or trans fats products- our products have zero cholesterol. So what does go in our baked goods you ask?! Well, we use healthier ingredients like flax seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, apple sauce, almond milk, coconut milk, unprocessed fresh peanut butter, organic coconut oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, non hydrogenated & non GMO Earth Balance brand vegan butter, non hydrogenated & organic Spectrum brand shortening, all sorts of fresh fruits (never canned) and more. Even the puree in our frostings are made from scratch! You would never see cheap, white granulated table sugar; or cheap bleached commercial restaurant flour used in any of our products.. Ever. Our sugar is in the raw and unprocessed (brown rice syrup products coming soon!) and our flour is always good quality unbleached (whole wheat pastry flour options coming soon too). We use organic icing sugar. Our chocolate is animal-cruelty free as well and yes, tastes just the same or might we say, Better. Quality of our ingredients is crucial to us. Unlike other bakeries, we don’t support fondant. Instead we like to use creamy decadent chocolate on our cakes or just gorgeous, melt in the mouth buttercream frosting. All of our products are made to order, guaranteed fresh and always made-from-scratch. Our bakery products are Proven Winners. We have tried and tested melt-in-the-mouth, "is it really vegan?!" treats. We believe in supporting local businesses, so we buy organic, non GMO and at local Farmer's markets whenever possible.
